Color Brush Art

I created this work based on the theme of the lightness, beauty, and transformation that the Chinese character “butterfly” represents. I used delicate brushstrokes to depict the patterns of butterfly wings, expressing their beauty. I also expressed a sense of vitality that is reminiscent of the metamorphosis of a butterfly. Using color, I expressed a fantastical worldview that seems to have been captured in the moment when a butterfly takes flight.
「蝶」という漢字が持つ、軽やかさ、美しさ、そして変容をテーマに作品を制作しました。繊細な筆致で蝶の羽の模様を描き出し、その美しさを表現しました。また、蝶の変態する様子を連想させるような、生命力あふれる躍動感も表現しました。色彩を用いた、蝶が舞い上がる瞬間を切り取ったような、幻想的な世界観を表現しました。
